MR PAUL KOFFI GOLI

Paul Koffi Goli holds a Master’s degree in Taxation (Master 2 – Specialized Taxation and Business Law) and a certificate in International Tax from the International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation. He has more than 13 years of professional experience in taxation in the private and public sectors.
​
Paul is also graduated in Business Law and has worked with Big Four firms (Deloitte and Ernst & Young) in Abidjan for 5,5 years, before joining the Global Oilfield services Leader – Schlumberger Group- as Deputy Tax Manager for Central & West Africa for over 2 years and half.
​
At Schlumberger, Paul dealt with compliance and advisory matters for several jurisdictions. He further consolidated his experience in the region in his position at Deutsche Post DHL where he was responsible for all tax matters covering eight jurisdictions in Central and West Africa regions. He was responsible for managing the tax exposures in these countries and as such was heavily involved in the settlement of audits with the Tax Authorities.

Paul is very active in training through Top Tax Academy, which is dedicated to professional development in the taxation field. He is also the author of several articles in specialized journals.
